His career highlights include negotiating a long-standing attachment selling contract between a global cybersecurity firm and a leading mobile provider, delivering keynote speeches including IBM's European Cyber Security Summit, and closing multiple seven-figure solutions, including the first fully managed cloud SIEM and EDR solution for Trustwave. In addition, James most recently created a Sales Development Team for SonicWall UK, whilst managing their Enterprise sales team.
Over the past two years, James shifted his focus to entrepreneurship, founding Hollow Head Threads, a sustainable and ethical menswear brand. Through this venture, he gained valuable experience in marketing and advertising strategies, including staged and omnipresent approaches. This hands-on experience broadened his expertise and enhanced his ability to implement innovative and effective sales and growth strategies—skills that seamlessly translate into his role as the founder of Sales Tactics.

His expertise lies in the strategic development and execution of channel sales strategies, programs, and partnerships, consistently exceeding sales targets while fostering strong, lasting relationships.
Mark's key accomplishments include leading the strategic direction of a two-tier channel business at Kroll, where he successfully recruited 12 new partners in under 12 months, built a $4 million pipeline, and implemented a partner tiering model to maximize ROI. At SonicWall, he spearheaded the launch and expansion of the MSSP program across Europe, driving substantial growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
His experience also includes consistently surpassing enterprise sales targets at Trend Micro and establishing Integrity360’s UK presence from the ground up, where he managed P&L, marketing, alliances, and sales.
